We build software as a nonprofit for nonprofits and/or nonprofit purposes.

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use.
No Guarantees; No Warranties
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not provide any guarantees on anything.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and availability.
Security & Privacy Best Efforts
We will do our best to protect your data and to implement industry-grade security and privacy practices that are appropriate for our size and resources.
However, we are not a billion dollar company, and no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. You understand and agree that you use the Services at your own risk.

Third-Party Services
The Services may link to or integrate with third-party services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.
Messaging (Text & Email)
By providing your mobile number and/or email address and signing up for Crescent Software Labs programs, initiatives, promotions, and/or events, you consent to receive text messages and emails from Crescent Software Labs. These communications may include promotional messages you signed up for, event communications for events you registered for, notifications about your account status, and security messages such as two-factor authentication.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You may receive a high volume of messages, especially during events that you have registered for, for event communication purposes. If you have questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
You can opt out of promotional text messages at any time by replying OPTOUT. For help, reply HELP or contact [email protected].
We respect your preferences. If you opt out, we will stop sending you promotional text messages and marketing emails.
We may still send non-promotional messages that are necessary to provide the Services you requested, such as account status updates, security messages (including two-factor authentication), and event communications for events you registered for. If you do not want to receive transactional or security text messages (including two-factor authentication), reply with STOP to completely opt out, or please reach out to [email protected] to remove your number from our systems; removing your number may limit or prevent your ability to use certain features of the Services.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will Crescent Software Labs (including its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, contractors, and affiliates) be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
You agree that our total liability for any and all claims arising out of or relating to the Services is limited to $1, including attorneys' fees, regardless of the form of action (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise).
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

We may update the Services or these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
